Chapter 1. General Provisions

HLB Global complies with both local and international anti-corruption laws and internal regulations and does not commit any corrupt practices.

Chapter 2. Prohibition of Bribes

HLB Global strictly prohibits any corrupt activities, including receiving or requesting money or other favors from business stakeholders, and bribing or making illegal requests.

Chapter 3. Building an Anti-corruption System

HLB Global will establish/operate an effective management system to prevent and minimize corruption, and will continue to improve it.

Chapter 4. Anti-Corruption and Compliance Management Commitment to All Members

All members of HLB Global shall comply with all internal regulations in accordance with this anti-corruption management policy, and sign and comply with the anti-corruption and compliance management agreements on a regular basis.

Chapter 5. Appointment of an Anti-corruption Compliance Officer

For transparent and effective anti-corruption management, HLB Global has appointed anti-corruption compliance officers to ensure their independent status and grant them the necessary authority and responsibility to prevent corruption.

Chapter 6. Protecting the Right of an Informant against Corruption

HLB Global keeps the personal information of informants related to corruption strictly confidential and protects them from being treated unfavorably due to reporting if the informant is an employee.

Chapter 7. Discipline of Corrupt Persons

HLB Global will take disciplinary action if members violate the laws and regulations of corruption or applicable internal regulations, including this policy, or if they become aware of a violation and fail to take reasonable steps to prevent it.
